Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains how VFVPN collects, uses, retains, and deletes data while providing cross-border access and network acceleration subscription services. Please read the following terms before using the service. Continuing to use the website, user panel, or subscription service means you acknowledge the data practices described in this policy.

Data Collection and Use

VFVPN does not require an email address for registration; a username and password are sufficient. An email address is therefore not collected as a required account detail. The account system processes usernames, authentication credentials, plan status, traffic usage, and necessary records related to account security for login verification, subscription delivery, usage accounting, issue handling, and user support.

Order processing retains the order number, selected plan, amount due, payment method, payment status, refund status, and necessary transaction timing information. These records are used to confirm service activation, reconcile accounts, handle disputes, and meet applicable financial and compliance obligations.

The website may collect analytics such as pages viewed, referring pages, browser category, operating system category, approximate region, and page interaction events. Analytics are used to check whether pages work properly, improve user flows, and understand content usage; they are not used to build individual browsing preference profiles.

No Logs and Connection Status

VFVPN follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit or retain web pages, search queries, transmitted content, or historical records that could reconstruct specific browsing activity. It also does not create long-term connection logs to track individual network behavior.

During a connection, VFVPN still processes temporary technical status information required to deliver the service, such as whether an account is valid, a plan is available, traffic remains available, a route can connect, and which error code applies. Source network addresses, timestamps, or error information processed by edge services for authentication, security checks, and troubleshooting exist only as long as needed for those tasks. After processing, they are deleted or de-identified and are not retained as long-term connection activity profiles.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website may use cookies or browser local storage to save login status, language selection, interface preferences, and necessary session identifiers. This data maintains user panel sessions, remembers selected display options, and prevents users from re-entering the same information when moving between pages.

Analytics may use first-party identifiers to distinguish consecutive visits, but they are not used to record the specific websites users access through international routes. Browsers generally allow users to view, restrict, or clear cookies and local storage. After clearing them, login status and saved preferences may expire, requiring account verification or the relevant settings to be selected again.

Third-Party Payment Processing

VFVPN supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment confirmation is handled by the relevant payment provider or payment network, which may process payment account details, transaction records, and risk-control information under its own privacy rules. VFVPN generally receives only the payment result, transaction identifier, and amount needed to complete an order, and does not directly obtain complete verification details for third-party payment accounts.

Payment providers are responsible for processing the data they independently collect. Before submitting a payment, users should also review the privacy information provided by the selected payment method. VFVPN uses received payment results only for order confirmation, account reconciliation, refund processing, and dispute resolution.

Data Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates

Account details are retained while the account remains active. Order and payment results are kept as long as needed to complete transactions, handle disputes, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Analytics are aggregated or de-identified to the extent needed for operational analysis. Once the processing purpose is met, relevant data is deleted, anonymized, or restricted to legal obligations and dispute handling.

To delete an account and its deletable associated data, users may submit a ticket through the user panel. Account-control verification may be required before processing a request. Order records that must be retained by law, materials related to an ongoing dispute, and isolated copies in system backups may not be deleted at the same time. Such data is not reused for routine operations and is removed through normal maintenance processes.

This policy may be updated when service processes, technical measures, or applicable rules change. Updates will be published on this page, and the last-updated information at the top will be revised. Changes that materially affect data practices may also be announced through the website or user panel. The updated policy applies from the time it is published.
