Service Scope and Applicability
VFVPN provides network acceleration for cross-border access and international route connections, covering 110+ countries / 160+ routes and supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Routes, client entry points, subscription configurations, and account management features are available according to their actual status on the service pages.
The service is intended to improve the connection path between the user's device and the target network. Connection quality is affected by factors including the user's network location, carrier routing, target service status, device performance, and client configuration. Some websites or applications may adjust access conditions under their own rules. VFVPN does not control third-party content, account policies, or regional determinations.
Account and Subscription Rules
An email address is not required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscription activation, configuration retrieval, and activity carried out through their accounts. If credentials may have been exposed, users should change their password promptly and stop distributing the existing configuration.
There is no limit on the number of devices online at the same time, but this rule applies only to the account holder and devices under their reasonable control. It does not allow a subscription to be resold, publicly posted, or continuously provided to unrelated third parties. Selling accounts, splitting traffic for profit, distributing subscription configurations in bulk, or otherwise turning a personal subscription into an unauthorized commercial service is prohibited.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated against the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should confirm their plan type and traffic needs before making a selection, relying on the order and subscription status shown in the account panel.
Lawful Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the service is used, and must independently confirm that accessing, transmitting, and storing relevant content is lawful. The service may not be used for illegal activities, including infringing others' rights, accessing systems without authorization, distributing malicious programs, launching network attacks, committing fraud, or interfering with routes or the normal use of other users.
Users must not continuously consume abnormal resources through automated programs, scan, test, or damage VFVPN systems, clients, account interfaces, or security mechanisms, impersonate others, or use third-party accounts for unauthorized operations. Disputes, losses, or legal liability arising from a user's conduct remain the responsibility of the relevant actor.
Service Availability and Liability
VFVPN may adjust available routes or connection methods in response to route maintenance, network scheduling, security measures, and infrastructure changes. Necessary maintenance may cause brief connection interruptions. Users may try another route, re-import their subscription, or update their client configuration. Route status shown on the service pages is provided to help users choose a connection path and does not guarantee continuous performance or a particular access result.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VFVPN is not liable for indirect losses arising from carrier failures, changes to target services, device system restrictions, user configuration errors, force majeure, or other events beyond reasonable control that cause interruption, delay, or data loss. Users should back up important materials and should not rely on a single network connection as the sole safeguard for critical operations.
Account Suspension and Termination
If an account violates these terms, resells a subscription, publicly distributes configurations, attacks systems, uses resources abnormally, or otherwise affects service security or normal operations, VFVPN may, as appropriate, restrict related connections, suspend account functions, or terminate the service. Actions are guided by the need to stop violations and protect service stability.
Subscription expiration, exhausted traffic, or a user's decision to stop using the service does not automatically remove responsibilities that arose earlier. After account termination, users must stop using subscription configurations already obtained. Orders and enforcement records that must be retained by law will be kept under applicable rules; information beyond what is necessary will not continue to be processed for routine service purposes.
Refunds and Changes to These Terms
A full refund without giving a reason may be requested within 7 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through an available service entry in the account so the relevant order and processing status can be verified. Once a refund is completed, the related subscription benefits may be discontinued, and users must stop using the corresponding configuration.
VFVPN may update these terms when required by changes to the service, operating rules, legal requirements, or security management needs. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the latest update date. Changes that materially affect user rights or obligations will be identified clearly on the page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised content; users who disagree with a change should stop using the relevant services.
